Install Operating System from USB

Hii guys...i'm gonna show you today that how you can install an Operating System from a USB Device. So, first of all you need following 3 things:
1. A USB Device with minimum capacity of 4 GB (it can be more than 4 GB depending on the O.S.)
2. An image file of the Operating System you want to install
3. A Software that can create bootable USB drive.

So, firstly install the software that allows you to create bootable USB drive ( i'm using Power ISO 5 to download it click here) and run it as an administrator. After opening Power ISO 5 go to Tools>Create Bootable USB Drive

From the new window brows your image file and click on Start. Make sure that you have inserted your USB Device and in case if you have inserted multiple USB Device just select the one you want to use from Destination USB Drive option.

After the process is completed restart your PC and select the device from the boot menu(F8 and F12 are the most common buttons for the boot menu) and it will start the Windows Installation Setup. Just follow the details and install your Windows.

For any type of queries feel free to comment and you can also watch the video tutorial above for complete guide of installing Windows from USB.

    1. Dear sheikhwasim,
      thanks for asking....
.. if you don't have an image file then it's okay you should atleast have proper installation setup of the windows in a folder.....you can make an image file out of it....so don't worry......you can use Power ISO to make your bootable image file...and then just follow the above mentioned steps to create your bootable USB Drive and install your windows from it....if you still have any queries then feel free to ask...i'll try my best to solve them.....and as for personal advice...just wait for the video tutorial if you get stuck anywhere while performing above steps...i'll explain everything in that video....i'll make an image file out of the setup folder and then create the bootable usb drive..so don't worry..just stay with us.. ;-)
      And feel free to comment...!!!!!!!!

    3. Dear sheikhwasim thanks for asking...
the windows setup is showing error because your motherboard doesn't support UEFI (EFI-boot and BIOS-boot) to boot from GPT partitioned harddisk. To solve this error you can simply convert your GPT partitioned disk into MBR partitioned disk. The easiest and safest way to convert GPT into MBR is by using a Third party software like AOMEI Partition Assistant Professional Edition or you can just do it without using any third party software....you can visit the following page to know how to convert GPT to MBR without using third party software...
      https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc725797.aspx
and please note that if you don't use any third party software then you have to clear all the data...so make sure to backup your data before processing...but if you use any third party software..your data will be safe..;-)
